Apple plans to launch its credit card

 

Samsung has started developing a special tool similar to the popular ChatGPT program.

  The company is expected to unveil it soon, as reported by local media in South Korea.

According to a report in the Korean newspaper Chosun, Samsung seems to want to use a large voice model called LLM in its upcoming device. According to the report, the model is still in development and Samsung has not named it yet.

• Samsung Research is also leading the AI tool project, and Samsung is putting a lot of resources and work into the project to make sure it progresses quickly.
• In fact, Samsung is currently dedicating some GPU parts to the project, as training large language models requires enormous graphical processing.
• Samsung wants to avoid any extra load on its available processors when developing its AI tool.

Earlier rumors had suggested that Samsung would develop a rival product to ChatGPT, an artificial intelligence-based bot model, in collaboration with Naver, one of the largest tech companies in South Korea. It was planned to launch this tool at the end of this year.

According to the report in Chosun newspaper, Samsung plans to develop its own AI tool in just a couple of months. However, the report stated that Samsung discussed the idea of collaborating with OpenAI, Microsoft, or Google before deciding to develop the tool itself without relying on third parties.

The report also said that the first version of Samsung's tool may not be available to the public, and Samsung is using it within its companies to help its employees get their work done. This includes the tool's functions such as summarization, translation, software development, and other internal operations.

Samsung has given its employees permission to use AI software to complete tasks. This led to the leakage of some sensitive company data, which later prompted the company to ban the use of these programs by its employees and develop its own tools.

It is also expected that Samsung will hold a conference to unveil its new phones that support folding, in addition to some other products. It may also introduce new products or services that use artificial intelligence.
