Now you can create "stories" on Telegram

Telegram

Everyone can now use the "Stories" feature on Telegram.

After being made available to "Telegram Premium" customers last month, the instant messaging service Telegram has now made the "Stories" feature available to all users with a new update.

Users can share photographs and videos with friends for a limited time using the Stories feature, which also displays the most recent chats in a large area.

The ability to examine any story by clicking on it, comment on it via text message to the publisher, and engage with it with emoji faces is available.

When a photo or video is posted, it is visible to everyone for 24 hours by default. Telegram Premium users can change this time frame to 6, 12, or 48 hours.

Users can alter the images and videos before sharing the narrative, including adding text, geolocation, stickers, emoticons, and more.

The Telegram platform also offers other options, like the ability to determine who can see the tale after it has been shared, whether contacts, a list of close friends, or selected contacts, and the ability to exclude certain people from reading it.

Additionally, Telegram offers the choice of whether or not a screenshot of the narrative may be taken, as well as the option to preserve the story permanently in the user's profile even after the time limit for sharing it has passed.

Users receive comprehensive statistics on the readers and interactions with their tales after publishing them.

The Telegram app's Dual Camera Mode, which enables the front and rear cameras to be utilized simultaneously, can be used to snap pictures and videos.

Other privileges that Telegram Premium members get include having their tales display first in the feed, being able to read other users' stories that are hidden from them, downloading stories to their devices, and more.

On the occasion of the application's 10th anniversary of release, the Telegram platform also introduced the Stories feature for users. Additionally, it announced that the application had more than 800 million users, as per information from its official website.
