Samsung releases the Freestyle projector second generation.
The second edition of Samsung's Freestyle projector is now being sold, and it costs $800, which is around $100 less than the price of the original generation.
The item is under the category of home projectors and enables high-definition information and gameplay over a huge area on walls and ceilings, starting at 30 inches and going up to 100 inches. Additionally, it has an integrated speaker that can link to a smartphone and be used for voice commands to operate the gadget.
The Freestyle gadget is an alternative to TVs and screens because it runs on the Tizen operating system, which is also found in Samsung smart TVs.
In order to make the system interface run more smoothly, Samsung claims that the second generation of the Freestyle device has improvements in random memory. As the first generation of the device had issues with the operating system's slowness, this particular improvement is a step in the right direction.
Game controllers can be attached to the device, and the operating system of the device enables users to immediately access cloud gaming services like Microsoft Xbox, NVIDIA, and other services of a similar nature.
Earlier this year, as part of the company's participation in the CES 2023 technology conference, Samsung had already unveiled the product.
Samsung offers a variety of add-ons for the product, including a case for the gadget and an extra external battery that enables operation of the product away from the house.
